Saint Francis Service Dogs is dedicated to making individuals' lives more independent through the use of service dogs.

If you are interested in a Saint Francis Service Dog, please download an Application for a service dog or call the Saint Francis office at 540-342-3647. Click below to download an Application for for a service dog. Mail your completed form with the application fee to Saint Francis. Once Saint Francis receives your completed Application for a service dog, you will be contacted to begin the screening process. The screening process typically takes 4 to 6 months, so start early.

Please remember that Saint Francis Service Dogs places dogs only in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Saint Francis does not place service dogs in homes where there are pet dogs. Saint Francis also requires that all service dogs have access to a fenced yard.
